Customer Update: 23rd April 2020

As per the recent Government instructions, we have continued with the suspension of all non-essential home visits including installations and manufacturing operations until Tuesday 5th May.

Customers with installations and surveys to be scheduled will be contacted over the coming weeks to agree a new date at an appropriate time in the future and we can reassure those who might need our assistance that we are still at the end of the telephone as our support teams are working from home to deal with any queries you may have, and we can be contacted by email or alternatively, you can leave your name and contact number on our voice mail and we will get back to you within a couple of hours.

We regret that we will be unable to respond if you require a home service visit under our Free 15-year Guarantee, due to the Government restrictions currently in place. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during these challenging times. However, our Global 365 emergency team is working, and should you require an emergency call out, please Freephone 1800 313132 to arrange a suitable time for your urgent home visit.

Throughout this unprecedented period, we have followed all Government and HSE advice to keep everyone safe, and we will continue to do so over the coming weeks and months. We applaud the vital role played by frontline staff in the HSE and across all other essential services. And we would like to thank our customers, staff and suppliers for their continued understanding and support.

We would like to assure you that if you see any of our installers and their vans out during this period, it is for our Global 365 emergency call out service as we continue to look after the safety and security of our customers.
