Another First for Global - Awarded prestigious worldwide customer service award
In its recent worldwide awards, Feefo awarded Global Home Improvements the 2017 Gold Trusted Service Award.
After reviewing all Global’s customers, Feefo made the award in recognition of consistent quality and excellent customer service. The first and only Irish home improvement company to receive such an honour, Global scored 97 per cent for customer and product satisfaction. Feefo rates and reviews over 3,000 businesses worldwide annually and ensures all feedback is genuine by matching it to legitimate transactions.

This latest success follows Global’s recognition as Ireland’s Best Home Improvements Company at the 2014 and 2015 National Q Mark Awards. Customer service is a guiding principle of this family business which celebrates 37 years in business this year. In its advertising, Global says it is ‘the best choice for your home’ and recent accolades certainly bear this claim out.
