Global Home Improvements has done it yet again. The family company, which will soon celebrate four decades in business, has been honoured for excellence at the 2019 National Q Mark Awards. This is the firm’s third time to achieve success at this prestigious event, emphasising its commitment to the highest quality standards and great customer service.

 

The company is no stranger to the top ranks of outstanding Irish business service. It was nominated for the Q Mark award in 2008, 2012 and 2013. It went a step better in 2014 and 2015, being nominated again and also named Best Home Improvements Company in Ireland for two years running.

Accepting the award at a ceremony in Dublin’s Clayton Hotel, Managing Director Barry Shevlin said the latest accolade was recognition for all the hard work his staff put in every day.

 

“Our main objective is to ensure customer satisfaction at all times, and everyone plays a major part in that. This award doesn’t just ensure we continue to innovate and be better all the time. It also demonstrates that hard work and doing things right really does pay off!”
