If within seven days of placing your order, you find a lower price for products designed, made and installed to the same specifications and with the same guarantees, Global will refund the difference.
Global Home Improvements is audited annually in relation to recognised quality systems and to date is awarded on an annual basis with the following accreditations.
- Q Mark. This is an accredited quality system whereby Global are required to follow strict procedures in all aspects of our operation, from customer service and complaints resolution to the production of our windows and doors. The Q Mark is audited by the international awarding body, the NIQA.
- OHSAS 190001 .This is a health and safety system which recognises safe work practises; Global was the first home improvements company in Ireland to achieve this award. We have been audited annually since 2003, and to date each year we have been awarded this prestigious award for working safely.
- Nsai provide the approved energy ratings on the production of our uPVC windows

- Global has built its reputation of excellent customer service by supporting and honouring the customers that have bought off us over the last 30 years.
- If you are in guarantee and it is a fault due to workmanship by Global or a defect in the product supplied and fitted by global, we will replace or repair as per our 15 year guarantee with no charge to you the customer.
- We guarantee to provide you with after sales service and emergency cover 24 hours per day and 365 days per year.
