Further to your customer call survey call, we’d like to let you know how impressed we were with all aspects of Global’s service.
We ordered a new roofline a few weeks back and from the initial contacts with your office right through to clean-up, the service was friendly, the standard of finish was excellent and all work done very professionally. We are delighted with the end result which has significantly improved the appearance of our house and robustness of our roof. We are sure the investment will be well worth it.
I’d like to mention some names we know of - _________ the sales executive, ________ who arranged the survey, _______ the surveyor, and ______ and __________ who did the work ( ______also advised me kindly of a separate roof defect which I’ve got fixed since, thanks). All appointments were kept and it only took one day to finish the job. It was a pleasure to deal with yourself and all your colleagues, including the ladies in the office whose names I didn’t get. We were delighted with the approach to the project and very impressed that the two installers worked right through at a high pace all day (with only one short break) to get everything finished up and the rubbish totally cleaned away.

We recently had new PVC windows installed by Global Home Improvements.
From the outset everything was very professional. I was impressed with the “surveyor” who called before the installation.I expressed some concern with him about particular styles and my preference for openings. He checked back with the factory and confirmed that all would be fine.
I must commend the “installation” team, ( I think their names were __________ and _________). They were very considerate in that they caused minimum disruption to the household during their work. Their workmanship is excellent. I had concerns about installing new windows in my kitchen and second bathroom (both had been recently installed and tiled) but they did an excellent job, no disruption to the tiles whatsoever.
I would certainly recommend Global Home Improvements to anyone.

I have never done anything like this before, but myself and my partner felt we just had to put pen to paper and complement you and your staff on the quality of workmanship of your product and installation.
Firstly, your agent, ____________, she was so pleasant and friendly, no hard sell but very clear and precise, explained everything so clearly. The two surveyors both called _________ so thorough and polite. As for the installers, ________ and _______ we cannot thank them enough, such a good job, fast, and so clean, the delivery men who delivered the windows and removed the rubbish.
I think I have thanked everyone, myself and my partner are so pleased with the results. As you may see from your records this was not a simple job, it involved two very large bay windows, as we are the first house of its kind on this road to have this work carried out we were a bit worried, but thanks to your excellent staff it has been a great success.

Folllowing our meeting to discuss window replacement at the back of my house, I have decided to go ahead with the order. Although they are a little more expensive than my other estimate, I feel that my previous experience with Global has made the decision for me.
As you are aware I had my front door and windows installed by you almost nine years ago and my friends still admire them – they have stood the test of time. What was very important also, was the quick and clean workmanship, which the team of “men who knew their jobs” carried out for me. To have the rubbish collected from the house was great too.
This will be the third time to have the patio door replaced, so you will understand I have not saved with a cheaper job.
My main concern with the other jobs I had done was the customer care after the money was paid – it was non existent.
Thank you for your advice and help in choosing suitable replacement.
